How our wet milling technology works?
At the heart of the Nara Micros is a high-speed rotating and revolving milling ring. This ring moves inside a jacketed cylindrical vessel designed for active temperature control. As the ring presses material outward against the inner vessel wall, it creates a powerful compression and shearing environment that rapidly disintegrates agglomerates and reduces particle sizes to the sub-micron or nano range. Unlike traditional media mills, there are no grinding beads to manage or separate, reducing downtime and contamination risks.
